Carefree Simplicity
I have always been obsessed with monochrome. And I absolutely love outfits that can work from day to night with a quick shoe swap and a swipe of lipstick. This was shot spur of the moment at a beautiful lookout point whilst I was touring around LA, seeing the sights, but the fact that it wasn't really planned makes me love it all the more. Messy hair, soft light flares, flat shoes, sunglasses and not even so much as lipgloss gives it a romantic carefree feel to it.
This Pepper Mayo skirt is so easy to wear in the day with this simple chic top from Kore Boutique and T-bar flats. You could dress it up with a tailored blazer and booties or strappy sandals, or throw some colour in there to brighten the look up. You could also do your hair, unlike me ;)
I often get told that people like the natural look just as much as the done up look, so here you go - no editing, hardly any makeup, unbrushed hair and the California Hills skyline as the sun is slowly setting! Let me know what you think of this super chilled out and peaceful photoshoot.
