Water Baby
It took a couple of tries to get this shoot underway. I was due to leave Australia a couple of days later, and Cam Mackie and I had originally planned to shoot in the afternoon/evening, to get the amazing soft, warm light at sunset. However, as I was heading to the location at around 4:30pm (I was planning to get there early), HUGE dark clouds started coming over the otherwise sunny, blue skies and warnings of a massive electrical storm over the radio were hitting the airwaves. The dark clouds were all over social media and later nicknamed "Storm-ageddon", so we had to unfortunately postpone our shoot. I didn't really fancy being in the ocean during an electrical storm.
Luckily we rescheduled to a really early Saturday morning, and thankfully, no storms were in sight. We started shooting at about 6:30am, and Cam was nice enough to even get into the chilly water himself haha! I'm so glad we finally got to shoot together after a long time of admiring each other's work.
