My beautiful Italo-Brazilian, Paris-residing, model and photographer friend Daiane was in Miami recently! She is an artist in the true sense of the word.  Through photography, she creates beautiful art that brings important issues like domestic violence and inequality to light and I can't wait to work with her on some of her signature series in the future when we have a studio on hand.

She had a look at my book when I was talking to her about the feedback my agency was giving me, telling me that I need more commercial images and less sexy/glamour images in my book, and she offered to help me out.

It was great to work with her to break out of my bad habits and we have several series of photos coming soon that are really natural and clean.  Although these are probably the sexier side of all our shoots, here is the start of a few of our shots over several days, featuring some beautiful jewellery from Jessica Rich Jewellery, and some beautiful dresses from my favourite designer, Abyss by Abby.   We decided on a bit of a retro-mod look for the hair and makeup - relatively clean and polished with a strong winged liner and contouring.
